The Rhino is a neighbourhood bar and restaurant in Parkdale.

The Rhino Bar & Grill first opened its doors in 1992. The building itself was constructed in 1909 as Elm Grove House and adopted as a Heritage Building in the 70’s. The Rhino features casual dining in a large open concept space with typical pub furnishings, including:

  • Two pool tables

  • 9 large flat-screen TVs

  • Large patio along Queen Street

  • An upper east dining room with two skylights

  • Main dining room and bar looks onto Queen Street through warehouse-style windows

To book a reservation for parties larger than 4 people, use the form below or email us at reservations@therhino.ca. Please note, there is an auto-gratuity of 18% for parties larger than 8 people.
